1. Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, submitting a service request, calling, emailing, texting, scheduling service, approving an estimate, or otherwise communicating with Integrity Garage Doors & Gates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for general informational and customer service purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.
3. Service Information Is Not a Final Quote
Website content about repairs, inspections, service options, system packages, opener solutions, new doors, maintenance, financing, or availability is general information only. Final recommendations, pricing, scope of work, and availability depend on an inspection, door condition, parts needed, safety concerns, access, door size, customer-selected options, and current scheduling capacity.
4. Estimates, Approvals, and Scope of Work
Any estimate, quote, or recommendation is based on the information available at the time it is provided. Work will be performed only after customer approval. If additional issues are discovered during service, we may recommend changes, additional work, or revised pricing before continuing.
5. Packages and Recommendations
Guardian, Fortress, Signature, inspection, maintenance, repair, or upgrade options are designed to help customers compare levels of service and system restoration. Package names and descriptions do not guarantee that every option is appropriate for every door. Recommendations may vary depending on safety, compatibility, parts availability, and system condition.
6. Scheduling, Same-Day Service, and Emergencies
Appointments, arrival windows, same-day service, priority service, and emergency scheduling are subject to availability, traffic, weather, technician capacity, parts availability, service area, and conditions beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling updates when delays occur.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location details, safe access to the garage door or gate system, and disclosure of known hazards or conditions that may affect service. Customers should keep people, pets, vehicles, and personal property away from the work area while service is being performed.
8. Safety and System Conditions
Garage doors, gates, springs, cables, tracks, panels, openers, and related components can be dangerous when damaged, worn, improperly adjusted, or misused. Customers should not attempt to operate or repair a system that appears unsafe. We may decline, pause, or modify work if a condition presents a safety concern.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided with the estimate, invoice, or service documentation. Payment may be due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments, disputed payments, late payments, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection activity, or suspension of future service where allowed by law.
10. Financing
Financing options, when available, are offered through third-party providers and are subject to application, credit approval, lender terms, and customer eligibility. Integrity Garage Doors & Gates does not guarantee approval, rates, payment amounts, promotional terms, or lender decisions.
11. Parts, Materials, and Availability
Parts, materials, door styles, colors, openers, accessories, manufacturer options, and lead times may vary. Substitutions may be recommended when a part is discontinued, delayed, unavailable, incompatible, or not recommended for the system.
12. Warranties
Warranty coverage, if any, depends on the specific service, product, manufacturer warranty, workmanship coverage, and written documentation provided with the job. Warranty coverage may be limited or voided by misuse, lack of maintenance, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, unauthorized repairs, impact damage, weather events, power issues, structural problems, or normal wear and tear.
13. Cancellations and Access Issues
If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, missed, or inaccessible after a technician has been dispatched, fees may apply depending on the situation, scheduling terms, and work already performed or materials already ordered.
14. Communications
By contacting us or submitting a request, you authorize Integrity Garage Doors & Gates to contact you regarding your request, appointment, estimate, service, invoice, warranty, or follow-up by phone, text message, email, or similar communication methods. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
